For as long as we can remember, it’s been recommended for candidates to send thank you letters to interviewers.

But what about the interviewer thanking the candidate?

Candidates are interviewing the company just as much as the company is interviewing them, right?

We decided to shake things up as we’re committed to this mission of building a deeper connection between companies and candidates.

We’re really excited to release our latest feature:

Thank you Letters

But not how they’re typically done. These are from interviewers thanking the candidate for their time.

With candidate.fyi, interviewers receive a prompt to thank candidates after their interview completes.

This all happens directly in Slack - super easy to complete

Candidates then receive the thank you letter right in their candidate.fyi candidate portal mailbox.
