We have a lot of exciting product updates to share with you
Suggested Time Slots
When scheduling interviews with candidates, you want to reduce the back-and-forth as much as possible
But you don’t always want to open calendars to allow for picking any time
So you ask for the candidate’s availability and schedule on your terms
However, this can lead to a lot of back & forth - candidate provides availability not matching the interviewers, now you need to go back to the candidate or ask the interviewer to shuffle around
Introducing suggested time slots
With suggested time slots, slots automatically appear for the candidates to select.
These are pulling directly from the one or multiple interviewers calendars behind the scenes
Now when scheduling, you’ll drastically reduce the probability there’s no overlapping slots to pick from

When it comes to scheduling interviews, every single day counts

Until now
With our reschedules report, you can see how many interviewers are being rescheduled across different types of interviews, jobs, and even departments
Even more powerful, you have access to a reschedule rate - showing you how often (and quite possibly how likely) it is for the interview to be rescheduled
This allows you to drill down into specific types of interviews to really get a sense in what’s going on
You can even see who is causing the reschedule (by hovering) - is it the candidate or is it internal?
