This year has been an all-out sprint, as we’ve been onboarding customers, shipping new features, and, most importantly, ensuring that our current customers have the best experience with our product. That’s definitely an area where we constantly win unhappy customers from competitors. Pulse Submissions

What days of the week are candidates giving feedback the most? Let's look at the data!

Midweek is where most submissions lie, with over 60% of all submissions coming in Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Thursday was the winner with over 21% percent.

Sunday was (unsurprisingly) the clear loser with 2.56%

However pretty interesting there's over 7% of all candidate experience submissions happen on the weekend (Sat + Sun)

Candidates are engaged and thinking about the opportunity, even on the weekends!

At this point, we enjoy seamless, customer-centric digital experiences in virtually every facet of our lives—so much so that they’ve become table stakes.
