One of the biggest concerns we hear from recruiting teams is whether candidates will be honest in their feedback if it’s not anonymous.
But what if the data tells a different story?

Here’s What We Discovered:
At candidate.fyi, we analyzed our pulse submissions and found some interesting trends:
Candidates who leave written feedback give an average rating of 4.08
Candidates who don’t leave written feedback give an average rating of 4.55
This means candidates with stronger opinions, especially those who had a "less than perfect" experience, are actually more willing to share detailed feedback, even when their name is attached.
Why This Matters:
For talent teams, this is gold.
Instead of guessing what went wrong in your hiring process, you get direct, actionable feedback from the people who experienced it firsthand.
They don’t just rate the experience—they provide insights that help you improve and optimize your candidate journey.
