I hope you’re all doing well! September was a massive month for us as we hit several key milestones in our company's history.

Our platform continues to be the designated leader within the Interview Scheduling ecosystem. We’re consistently the chosen tool for TA teams looking for either their first or a new scheduling tool. It’s rare for a team to change direction once they see our platform.

Kyle had the chance to meet with one of our flagship customers in person, and the feedback was incredible. He asked the decision-maker why they chose us over everyone else (we came in late to the scheduling tool review, and they were speaking with literally all of our competitors), and this is what he heard:

Campus Recruiting Events

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of candidate.fyi Recruiting Events! This new feature simplifies the chaos of recruiting events by allowing you to easily capture candidate information, track attendance, and schedule interviews—all through an automatic QR code system.

Candidates check-in, apply, and schedule interviews seamlessly, with data syncing directly to your ATS. Plus, every candidate is invited to access the candidate portal for a top-notch experience.

Debrief Scheduling

With Interviewer Pools, you can tag a set of interviewers and leave the rest to us. The system tracks preferences, availability, and ensures an even load balance. This means no more manual coordination or overloading certain interviewers.
